This
is Brother Victor D' Rozario, CSC and my nick name is Bikash, a Holy Cross Brother from Bangladesh.
I joined Holy Cross family in 1974 when I was in VIII grade. I did my schooling at St. Nicholas
High School, Nagari, Gazipur and passed in 2nd division from Science Group. Notre Dame College was my under-grade and did
my Bachelor of Commerce degree from Dhaka Tejgaon College in the year of 1983. After a long break of studies I did my B. Ed.
(Bachelor of Education) degree from Chittagong Teachers Training College in 1989. I have been teaching to different Missionaries
High School since 1984. During my teaching period I did my B. Ed. and at the same time I was helping out in the school (St.
Placid's High School, Chittagong) and finished my M. Ed. (Masters of Education) Degree while working as Principal of St. Joseph
School of Industrial trade School in 1996-1998. I served as assistant Head Teacher of St. Joseph High School from January
1998 to June 1999. I was assigned as Headmaster of Biroidakuni High School in August 1999. During my heamastership I got a
scholarship to study abroad. I did my MAHS (Masters of Arts in Human Services) degree from St. Edward University, Austin,
Texas, USA in May 2006. I was selected to study there and do my MBA from August 2004 but after finishing a semester on MBA
program I switched to MAHS program, which was my selected field. Now I am back to the pevelion, i.e., in Biroidakuni High
School to the old chair. There were ten Headmasters worked in the school before me. I am number 11.
I worked at Biroidakuni High School Since August 1999 to December 2011. I resigned from the post
in December 31, 2011 as I was allowed to take a Sabbatical break for the renewal of my Spiritual Life. I took a Sabbatical
Pilgrimange Experience program at EAPI ( East Asian Pastoral Institute) in Manila from January 4 to March 30, 2012.
